Script Submissions
Anakin Films is accepting submissions for feature scripts that are polished, fully registered works (WGA or Library of Congress preferred), and available for possible optioning. Currently looking for Action or Thriller projects, Anakin Films also excepts feature scripts outlined in the submission guidelines.We ask that you first submit a synopsis of the story (1 or 2 pages), with your title and contact information. We will contact you to ask to review the full script and send a release form if there is interested.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
If you have many scripts, submit your best 3 or 4. We are looking for writers as well as stories, so we appreciate you putting your best foot forward. Having a personalized introduction letter or query letter will certainly help, as we get many form letters that never get read. Tell us who you are and why you love your story. We enjoy having personal relationships with each writer and appreciate starting off on the right foot.
Anakin Films produces thrillers, mysteries, suspense, science fiction, and action genres, as well as comedy films. So keeping your submissions to these genres would be wise.
PLEASE SUBMIT EACH SCRIPT ONLY ONCE. Multiple submissions slow down our process and may put your script on the bottom of the pile.
We appreciate materials in final draft, word, or as a pdf.
